Start my rebuild

Let’s identify the turbo first.

A few good photos and the right application details help us point you toward the right rebuild path before the turbo goes into a box.

Do not ship an unidentified unit yet.Contact us with the tag and application details first.

    After we review the details

    Prepare a clean, protected shipment.

    01

    Drain and protect

Drain residual fluids as appropriate, cap or cover openings, and keep dirt and loose material out of the unit.

    02

    Pack for weight

Use a strong box, dense cushioning on every side, and enough structure to keep the turbo from moving in transit.

    03

    Put identification inside

Include your contact information and the same project or work-order reference used in the conversation.

Shipping instructions and destination details should be confirmed with TurboRebuilds before sending the unit.

    Important

A rebuilt turbo still needs a healthy system.

Before installation, the cause of the original failure should be identified and corrected. Oil supply and drain, intake and exhaust debris, charge-air plumbing, controls, and application-specific installation steps all deserve attention.

    Photo.
    Number.
    Story.

Those three things create a better first conversation than a box arriving with no paperwork.
