Overview

Terms for submitted turbocharger work.

These Terms govern services provided by Turbo Rebuilds LLC or Pro Systems Turbo related to turbocharger inspection, servicing, and rebuilding. Under the source terms, submitting a turbocharger for service indicates agreement to these Terms.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Inspection through rebuild

Services may include professional inspection, cleaning, rebuilding, and component replacement. Work performed and parts replaced are documented on the final invoice.

SERVICE RECORD

The final invoice documents the work

The final invoice identifies the parts replaced and labor performed for the serviced turbocharger.

Limited warranty

Coverage is subject to return and inspection.

Covered work

The source terms provide a 12-month limited warranty from the invoice date for new parts installed during the rebuild and the labor associated with installing those parts.

If inspection confirms failure of a covered installed part or covered labor, the part will be replaced and the associated labor re-performed at no additional charge.

Excluded conditions

Coverage does not extend to unrelated failures; improper installation; oil starvation or contamination; foreign-object damage; misuse; pre-existing or unrepaired components; third-party rebuilding; or modification after service.

Vehicle removal and reinstallation labor and shipping costs are not covered.

Review the separate Warranty & Returns draft for the fuller procedures and source-based exclusions.

Refund policy

Completed custom rebuild work is non-refundable.

The source terms state that turbocharger rebuild services are non-refundable once work has been completed and the turbocharger has been returned to the customer.

No refunds for completed work

  • Labor already performed
  • Parts already installed
  • Turbochargers returned after service
  • Diagnostic or teardown services

Warranty review remains available

A claimed failure must be returned for inspection. If it is covered, service will be handled under the limited warranty. If it is not covered, a written assessment and repair quote will be provided before additional work proceeds.

Shipping and responsibility

Use insured, trackable shipping.

Sending a unit for evaluation

Customers are responsible for shipping the turbocharger to the facility for evaluation. TurboRebuilds is not responsible for damage occurring in transit.

Return-shipping recommendation

The source terms recommend insured and trackable shipping. Contact TurboRebuilds before shipping a unit so the identification and return instructions can be confirmed.

Limitation of liability

Related vehicle and business losses are excluded.

The source terms state that Turbo Rebuilds LLC or Pro Systems Turbo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a turbocharger failure, including engine damage, towing costs, downtime, or loss of business.

Dispute resolution

Florida law and Florida courts.

The source terms state that disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and that claims must be brought in an appropriate court in Florida.
